Refund Policy
When PinNiche refunds: cancelling a subscription anytime, the 14-day first-purchase window, credit packs, EU/UK right of withdrawal, and how to request a refund.
Last updated: 2026-11-08
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains when we refund purchases of PinNiche subscriptions and credit packs.
1. Subscriptions — cancel anytime
Subscriptions (Lite, Pro, Ultra — monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately; your plan and monthly credits keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. Monthly credits do not roll over.
Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund for time already used or for the current period — that is what the 14-day window below is for.
2. 14-day first-purchase window
If a purchase doesn't work out, request a refund within 14 days and we will refund it in full, provided you have used less than 20% of the credits granted by that purchase. This applies to:
- the first subscription payment of a plan (monthly or yearly); and
- the first credit pack you buy.
Later renewal payments and repeat purchases are refunded at our discretion when there is a clear error on our side (see §5).
3. Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that expire 30, 90, or 365 days after purchase, depending on the pack. Within 14 days of buying a pack, the §2 window applies. Expired packs are not refundable — the expiry is shown at checkout and in Billing.
4. EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because PinNiche delivers digital content immediately after checkout, we ask you to expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose this right of withdrawal — except where the service is faulty or was not supplied (see §5). This acknowledgement does not limit your other statutory consumer rights.
5. Errors, failures, and outages
We always make these right, regardless of the windows above:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges — refunded in full.
- Failed generations — if a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a failure ever consumed credits without returning them, tell us and we will restore them or refund the equivalent value.
- Service unavailability — if the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your paid period, contact us; we will extend your period or issue a pro-rata refund.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@pinniche.com from your account email within 14 days of the charge, and include:
- the email you signed up with;
- the date and amount of the charge; and
- a short note on what went wrong.
We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer account credit instead, with your agreement.
7. When refunds are not available
- more than 20% of the purchase's credits were used (outside the goodwill cases in §5);
- the pack has expired;
- the account was suspended for violating our Terms (including bypassing quotas or infringing others' rights);
- you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first — chargebacks are reviewed against this policy and may result in account closure.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Where this policy and mandatory local law differ, local law prevails.
